Class Code 'SSU'
10.00 - 11.00am every Sunday morning at Hollesley Village Hall.
No routines, just simple, fun aerobics to improve cardiovascular fitness and stamina, combined with toning and conditioning exercises to sculpt and tone those problem areas.
This class is suitable for all levels of fitness, shapes and sizes. We start off with basic moves and progressively make subtle changes, offering you the chance to challenge your body further when you feel you are ready.

Directions: From Woodbridge head towards Hollelsey on the B1083, you will eventually enter Hollesley with Poplar Park on your right. The Village Hall is the next right hand turn. If you come to crossroads you have gone too far.
